1. Secretary
(position code CLO)
Responsible:For providing secretarial/administative duties in the community liaison office (CLO)
- college degree in secretarial or public relation
- 3-5 years experience with the multinational company or organization which deal with the expat community
- Fluency in english 9spoken & written)
- Profiency MS. Word, exel, microsoft publisher & outlook express
- The job holder murt be familiar with the expat services to refferal, to spouse and family members, and must have good knowledge of indonesia & expecially jakarta and neighboring cities
2. HR administrative assistant
(position code HR2)
The incumbent serves as the officer manager with responsibility:
- For providing the full range of administrative management, general support services & assistance to the Human Resource office.
- Diploma degree in office management or business vocational training
- 3-5 years of experience inthe field of secretarial/administrative or office management with at least 1 years of the experience with an international organization
- Level 4 (fluent) speaking/reading/writing in english and bahasa indonesia
- Must demonstrate proficiency in typing various correspondence format (i.e. Memoranda, letters, Report, faxes) as well as standardized document & form
- Must have good knowledge of the organizational structure specific to administrative management procedures
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, calmly, tactfully, & effectively under pressure
- Must be able to demonstrate extreme flexibility to manage more than one activity at a time in the performance of daily administrative office management duties & responsibilities
- Must have strong organization skills exellent interpersonal & communication skills
Human Resource Assistant
(position code HR1)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of recruitment
- bachelor degree or S1 in management, administration, human resource, or related field
- 5 years progressively responsible experience in human resource, administration, customer services, or as administrative assinstant
- Level 4 (fluent) speaking/reading/writing/ english and bahasa indonesia
- Good working knowledge of administrative & human resource office operations
- Must be familiar with microsoft apllications
- knowledge of database operation the ability to work in a high stress, high volume, productivity environment
- Must have exellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly & efectively to customers
